MIS Update

We are pleased to announce our most recent updates to our Management of Information and HR Systems.

HR System Updates

  • Site managers can now add multiple HR managers to authorise leave requests submitted by users.
  • Managers can now include comments when authorising or declining leave requests.
  • Scheduled working patterns are now available to pre-populate staffing rotas.
  • Increased HR profile options for managers to upload.
  • Minimum staffing requirement option per job role and shift.
  • Printable rota overviews on a management or user level.
  • Managers can now upload documents to a user’s profile such as appraisals, contracts, disciplinaries etc.
  • Bank holidays are displayed on the rota screen.
  • Managers are able to add holiday requests for users via the HR staff list.
  • Holiday allowance now available in hours or days.

Management of Information System Updates

  • Notifications now show in order of importance and then date.
  • The policy report can be filtered by staff name.
  • Completed training report shows the individuals score per module.
  • Improved notifications area – managers now have various options when adding notifications, such as date shown to, importance.
