Are there any registration or setup fees?
There are no setup, registration or other hidden fees.
How do I pay for these courses?
Payment can be made either by phone, cheque or BACS.
Payment must be made before full access to the platform is provided, once payment is received you will be issued with your login details and your year’s usage will begin.
Is the system complicated to use?
Although our eLearning and Management Platform is extremely powerful, we designed it with the end user in mind. It is therefore simple to navigate and get the information you require.
As well as various help guides and video tutorials, we offer webinar training sessions - free of charge - to ensure you get the most out of the system.
How do we save trainee results and certificates?
Each individual organisation will have access to the Management Platform, and all users’ progress and results are stored within this.
Is your system secure?
We are one of the only providers of eLearning, HR, Care Certificate, and CQC preparation software that has attained Cyber Essentials Plus certification in the UK. We manage our own servers and do not rely on third parties. We are fully GDPR compliant and are subject to regular auditing.
