New Root Cause Analysis Launched for Healthcare Professionals
Blue Stream Academy Ltd. are pleased to announce the release of our new Root Cause Analysis Toolkit. This toolkit will be added to our GP, Dental, Nursing and Care Home, Hospice and Urgent Care eLearning suites.
Root Cause Analysis is a set of tools and approaches that can be used to investigate problems or incidents that may occur within organisations.
Root Cause Analysis is not about apportioning blame but should be used as a learning and development tool, that allows organisations to investigate how and why an incident happened.
The Root Cause Analysis Toolkit can be used to guide these investigations, to ensure that solutions are found and implemented to stop the incident from occurring again.
