Blue Stream Academy’s Care Certificate system offers an online course for each care certificate standard, covering all required knowledge-based learning. It also includes a competency assessment system to track and monitor practical assessments. Once both the eLearning courses and assessments are completed, the system automatically generates a Care Certificate for the assessor to sign and present to the trainee upon successful completion.

- How much does it cost to join? All of our training subscriptions are offered on a per-person (excluding the GP sector), unlimited access basis. Our pricing is dependent on how many members of staff you’d like to train – this can work out as little as 12p per health and social course!
- Will you help me move my training data from another provider? Absolutely – we pride ourselves on our in-house customer service and accounts team. Both teams are on hand to upload any external training you may have, and ensure a stress-free setup process.
- Are there any extra costs? We’re passionate about providing transparent pricing, and ensuring there are no hidden costs with our services. Our core subscription includes access to the eLearning and Management Platform (including our health and social care courses for adults). The only additional fees are to add-on the HR System, or Care Certificate training licences.
- How quickly can I get set up? We understand that some situations, such as upcoming CQC inspections, may mean you need swift access to high quality training resources. Once payment has been received, our team is on hand to get you setup quickly and carefully.
