New HR System for Healthcare Professionals, Out Now!
Here at Blue Stream Academy, we are excited to announce the launch of our fully integrated HR system.
We are aware how busy the life of a manager can be. Our new HR system works alongside our comprehensive Management of Information System so you don't have to log into multiple systems to input the same information repeatedly.
The HR system includes features such as:
- Management of Rotas - HR admins can set shift types/typical working hours. The rota will also tell you if you have any empty shifts and if there are any issues. e.g if someone is on holiday.
- Settings - Shifts can be customised to suit your organisation's needs, e.g. opening hours, minimum staffing levels per shift, if someone is on holiday.
- Managing Staff Absence - All employees can add a leave request, managers can then authorise or reject this.
- Reporting - HR managers are able to access reports of how many hours an employee has worked in a time period.
- Creation of Profiles - HR managers are able to log staff details such as; how many hours an employee is contracted for weekly, the employee's employment start and end date, the employees DOB, next of kin and their contact details.
- User Rotas - Users are able to log into the system to access their up upcoming rota.
