Team BSA - November's Employee of the Month!

Here at Blue Stream HQ, we love to recognise and reward our team for their achievements over the month.
That’s why, we’re proud to present the Employee of the Month award to members of #TeamBSA who have gone above and beyond within their role.
This month, one of our dedicated Customer Support Assistant’s Natasha achieved November’s Employee of the Month award, so we sat down and asked her some questions about her role and what she enjoys the most about being part of #TeamBSA.
Hi Natasha! Congratulations!
Please tell us a bit more about your role here at Blue Stream Academy?
Hello! I’m part of the Customer Support team here at Blue Stream. My job involves helping customers with their questions or queries as well as helping them get set up on our system too. It’s great chatting to a range of customers and rewarding knowing that I’m making a difference.
How long have you been part of Team BSA?
Coming up to nearly 2 years!
What is your favourite part of working here?
I love that we have such a dynamic, but also incredibly kind, caring, and supportive team here at Blue Stream. Everybody brings something different to the table. I love the fact that I’m always learning something new everyday.
What's a fun fact about yourself?
I have double-jointed thumbs!
And in your spare time, what do you get up to?
I am currently completing a part-time counselling qualification. Counselling is fascinating, and I'm learning so much about myself.
