How Does the Integration Work?

Any General Practitioners, Practice Nurses, Advanced Nurse Practitioners and Healthcare Assistants working in General Practice with an active Blue Stream Academy subscription and FourteenFish account can migrate their CPD records to simplify the GP appraisal process.

How to Link Your Accounts

To link both accounts, log in to the Blue Stream Academy GP eLearning Platform, head over to your individual Training Passport, and select the Link your FourteenFish account button. Follow the steps provided to complete the integration and transfer your GP training records across to your annual appraisal record in preparation for submission to your designated body.

Once complete, your Blue Stream Academy training records will be shown within your Fourteen Fish login, alongside your revalidation details such as your revalidation date.

Head over to our GP locum registration page, complete your details and General Medical Council (GMC) number, complete payment, and you’ll be ready to go! Once payment has been confirmed you’ll receive your login details via email, and you’ll be ready to start building CPD hours towards your annual GP appraisal and 5-year revalidation.
