Meet our December Employee of the Month, Sharon! At Blue Stream Academy, we take great pleasure in acknowledging and honouring our team members for their outstanding accomplishments throughout the month. We are delighted to announce the Employee of the Month award for exceptional contributions to #TeamBSA. This month, we extend our heartfelt congratulations to Sharon, our Retention Manager, who has earned the December Employee of the Month recognition. To delve deeper into her role and discover what she finds most fulfilling about being part of #TeamBSA, we had a conversation with her.
How long have you been part of Team BSA?
I’ve been with Team BSA for nearly nine years now.
What is your favourite part of working here?
I enjoy interacting with our GP, health and social care, hospice, dental and urgent and tailored care customers, building a repour with them year-on -year.
Can you tell us a fun fact about yourself?
I once met Bob Geldof on a train from Skegness and took a selfie with him!
And in your spare time, what do you get up to?
In my spare time, I love to crochet, make fragranced soaps, read, and walk my dog, Ben.
Please tell us a bit more about your role here at Blue Stream Academy.
My role is the Retention Manager - I maintain and look after existing business here at Blue Stream Academy. My role includes sending out renewal quotes and contracts, alongside building long-lasting relationships with our customers.
