Crafted by our in-house Content Development team in collaboration with meticulously chosen Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), with your help we've soared to new heights in CPD eLearning standards this year, achieving:
  • 2,131,617 user eLearning module completions
  • launching 20 innovative CPD eLearning releases
  • implementing updates to 30 existing CPD modules.
Dedicated to Elevating Standards
The Blue Stream team remains steadfast in our commitment to enhancing standards through new partnerships and collaborations. This year, our achievements include:
  • becoming an approved supplier for the Hospice Quality Partnership (HQP)
  • earning endorsement as a learning provider by Skills for Care
  • attaining the status of a Disability Confident Committed Employer.
Cutting-edge Information Management Solutions
Formulated based on invaluable end-user insights and in partnership with customers across a range of sectors, our Software Development team has unveiled the following innovations this year:
  • the introduction of the multifactor authentication (MFA) feature
  • continuous updates and enhancements to our existing information management and HR systems
  • our new CQC Health Check System, launching nationally in January 2024.
Exceptional Customer Support
Throughout 2023, our dedicated customer service team has collaborated seamlessly with health and care professionals across the UK, reaching the following milestones:
  • successfully handling 10,053 phone calls
  • engaging in 12,600 live chat conversations
  • responding to a staggering 64,688 customer support emails
  • conducting 997 system training webinars.
